Vivo has confirmed the launch date of a new smartphone in its affordable Y series. Vivo Y400 Pro leaks have been doing the rounds for some time now. The launch of the Y400 Pro comes on the back of the Vivo T4 Ultra.

The Vivo Y400 Pro launch date in India is set for June 20 at 12 noon IST. Following the launch, the Vivo Y400 Pro will go on sale in India through Flipkart, Amazon, Vivo's official e-store, and offline partner retailers.

Vivo has also set up an official product page for the Y400 Pro, that gives us a look at its design. We expect the Vivo Y400 Pro price in India to start from under Rs 20,000.

According to Vivo, the Y400 Pro will debut as the 'slimmest 3D curved display phone' in the segment. The phone is also showcased in a white finish with a dual-camera setup and a circular Aura light on the back.

Vivo Y400 Pro Specifications (Expected)

The Vivo Y400 Pro is expected to use the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. Moreover, the Vivo Y400 Pro could also pack a 5,500 mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging support. Reports suggest that the Y400 Pro will feature a 6.77-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness reaching up to 4,500 nits.

The camera setup is expected to include a 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor alongside a 2MP ultra-secondary camera. Additionally, it will have Aura Light for Smart Color Temperature Adjustment and a 32MP front camera. An IR blaster is integrated into the camera design on the back.
