Vivo Y78 launched globally with 120Hz Curved OLED Display, Snapdragon 695 SoC
Vivo has officially announced the Y78 globally. To recall, the Vivo Y78 was originally unveiled in China earlier this month. However, the version of this phone hitting global markets differs from the variant that launched in China.
The global version of the Vivo Y78 features a curved OLED display, Snapdragon chipset, large battery, and a triple-camera setup. As of now, the Vivo Y78 price is yet to be revealed but the device is expected to hit stores soon.

Vivo Y78 Specifications
The Vivo Y78 is powered by the Snapdragon 695 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Moreover, the phone also features Extended RAM 3.0, allowing the phone to use up to 8GB of unused memory as virtual RAM. The Vivo Y78 runs on Android 13 with Funtouch OS 13 on top.
Vivo's latest mid-range smartphone also sports a 6.78-inch FHD+ 3D Curved AMOLED display with DCI-P3 wide colour gamut coverage. The panel boasts a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,300 nits. The phone also features Hi-Res Audio certification and an under-display fingerprint reader.
Vivo Y78 Cameras, Battery, Design
For optics, the Vivo Y78 gets a triple-camera setup on the back. The setup will include a 64 MP primary sensor with OIS and a f/1.8 aperture, a 2 MP depth sensor, and a 2 MP macro unit. On the front, the Y78 opts for a 16 MP selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture. The Vivo Y78 packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 44W fast charging support.
