HMD Global is making significant strides this year, unveiling a series of smartphones and feature phones under its own brand. The company has been introducing these devices with a fresh design. HMD Global is reportedly working on three budget smartphones: HMD Atlas, HMD Nighthawk, and HMD Skyline. These devices aim to attract Nokia fans and smartphone enthusiasts by offering modern features with a nostalgic design reminiscent of classic Nokia phones. While these models will share some common features, they will differ in aspects such as camera quality, chipset, battery size, and price.

The HMD Atlas, HMD Nighthawk, and HMD Skyline are expected to bring quality options to the budget segment, which is currently dominated by Chinese manufacturers. Each model will offer unique features to cater to different user preferences.

In addition to these three models, HMD Global is also working on two more smartphones: HMD Ridge and HMD Xenon. These devices are expected to offer advanced specifications while maintaining affordability.

HMD Xenon and Ridge: Expected Specifications and Pricing

The HMD Ridge is said to feature a 6.64-inch IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 480+ SoC and will include a 50MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. The device will offer up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

The HMD Xenon is expected to have a design reminiscent of the classic Nokia Lumia phones. It will be powered by either the Snapdragon 695 or the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset. The device will feature a 108MP camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and will be available in 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB RAM options, along with 128GB or 256GB storage models.

Both the HMD Ridge and HMD Xenon are expected to fall within the budget segment, with prices ranging between Rs 15,000 and Rs 20,000. These new models aim to provide affordable yet feature-rich options for consumers. Since all are speculations, we suggest our readers take it with a pinch of salt.
