We just can’t wait to test the upcoming OnePlus 6 camera in action!

OnePlus 6 launch event is just around the corner and the company has once again set the ball rolling by doing something entirely unique. OnePlus has put up a 'Blind Test' on the company's official website, Oneplus.in which gives us a sneak peek of what to expect from the camera quality of the upcoming OnePlus 6 flagship smartphone.

Under the Blind Test, the OnePlus team has uploaded camera samples shot by other top flagship camera smartphones including the Google Pixel 2 XL, iPhone X, Samsung Galaxy S9 with those from the upcoming OnePlus flagship, OnePlus 6. The picture samples are divided into four categories, which are as follows- Architecture, Low-light, Low-light Portrait, and Portrait. One image in each category is shot by OnePlus 6. Participants can vote for the best images and take part in a lucky draw to win the upcoming OnePlus 6 flagship smartphone and some other exciting OnePlus goodies.

The contest does sound interesting but what grabbed our attention is the fact that we are unable to spot the image captured by OnePlus 6 in all the categories. Despite the fact that OnePlus 6 will be priced lower, the sample shotshave made it very difficult for us to come to a conclusion. Seeing the sample shots in the Blind test, we can say that OnePlus 6 is going to be a definite threat to other flagship smartphones available in the market.

We already know that OnePlus 6 is going to bring a game-changing camera in the market. Recently, we came across this cover shoot on Vogue's latest edition where ace photographer ErrikosAndreou conducted an entire photo shoot featuring the popular Bollywood actress, Aditi Rao Hydari on the upcoming OnePlus 6. The detailing in the cover shot has left us baffled. And now, the latest Blind test has skyrocketed our expectations from the upcoming OnePlus 6. We are eagerly waiting to get our hands on the upcoming flagship smartphone to test its camera for ourselves. The smartphone is expected to feature a 20MP+16MP dual-lens camera setup.

Talking more about the Blind test contest, we tried our luckand managed to win a voucher of Rs. 300. You can also try your luck by participating in the OnePlus 6 Blind test. As mentioned, the Blind test is divided into four categories.

Participants will be given at the most 5 chances to participate in the lucky draw. OnePlus page says that one chance each can be earned by voting while one chance is given by default. You can use your available lucky draw chances at any given point of time between 11th May and 14th May 2018. The lucky draw vouchers are valid until 30th June and can be redeemed at Oneplus.in.
