Some of these phones got launched in India, while some have only been announced either gobally or on a foreign land, and are awaited to come to our country.

Xolo launched the Black smartphone under is premium co-brand called Black. The phone packs in interesting specs, and is priced at Rs. 12,999. It will be available exclusively on Flipkart, starting from July 13. One of its key attraction is the dual-camera set up on the rear panel. So you get a 13-megapixel snapper coupled with a 2-megapixe camera on the rear, and a 5-megapixel camera up front. As for other specs, it comes with a 5.5-inch full-HD IPS display, topped with oleophobic coating, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by second-gen 64-bit Snapdragon 615 (MSM8939) octa-core chipset with Adreno 405 GPU and 2GB of RAM. There is 16GB of built-in storage that is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.

Xolo Era is the company's budget smartphone with Android 4.4 KitKat. It is priced at Rs. 4,444. Its features include of a 5-inch IPS display with an FWVGA (480x854 pixels) resolution, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of inbuilt storage, microSD card slot, an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash, and 2-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 2100mAh battery. It supports 3G, and would come with an USB-OTG cable and back cover.

Micromax Bolt D303 is an entry-level smartphone that comes with multiple language support. It is priced at Rs. 3,499. It offers 3G connectivity, runs on Android 4.4 KitKat, and is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core processor with 512MB of RAM. It has a 4-inch WVGA (480x800) display, a 3.2-megapixel fixed-focus rear camera, and a VGA front facing camera.

Micromax Canvas Bolt 301 is an ultra-affordable 3G smartphone, priced at Rs. 2,899 in India. Other features in the phone include of a 1.3-megapixel fixed-focus rear camera, and a VGA fixed-focus front-facing camera.

Chinese vendor Umi Mobiles has entered smartphone market in Indian with the launch of the Umi Hammer. The phone is available to buy on Flipkart for Rs 10,999. It comes with a 5-inch display with 720p resolution, a 64-bit MediaTek MT6732 quad-core chipset, 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB via a microUSB card, 13-megapixel camera with dual-LED flash, and a 3-megapixel front facing camera. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box and is upgradable to Lollipop.

ZTE Nubia My Prague is the company's slimmest smartphone ever, measuring at 5.5m in thickness. The phone features a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED full-HD display with 1080x 1920 pixels resolution. It is a metal-clad smartphone which runs on a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage, and 3GB RAM paired with 32GB inbuilt storage, depending up on the variant. It is a dual-SIM smartphone, and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop. The phone was launched in Prague, Europe for EUR 349 (approximately Rs. 26,600) for the 2GB RAM variant, and EUR 429 (approximately Rs. 30,200) for the 3GB RAM variant.

The LG G4 Beat is another toned down variant of the G4. It sports a 5.2-inch full-HD display, is powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor with Adreno 405 GPU, 1.5GB RAM, 8GB internal storage, an 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop wrapped under LG UX 4.0 UI. The company is yet to reveal its price.

LG G4 Stylus is a lower end variant of the flagship G4. It is priced at Rs. 24,990. As for its specs, it comes with a 5.7-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) IPS display, .2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of built-in storage that can be expanded via microSD card, a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front camera, support for 4G LTE, and a 3000mAh battery. It features a rubberdium stylus for note-taking. The phone runs Android 5.0 Lollipop out-of-the-box.

It runs Android 4.4 KitKat.

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Elephone launched the G7 handset in India for Rs. 8,888, exclusively on Snapdeal. The smartphone flaunts a 5.5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) resolution IPS display with OGS (One Glass Solution, a 1.4GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592M processor, Mali-450MP GPU, 1GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel rear autofocus camera, an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, and 8GB of inbuilt storage with microSD card (up to 64GB) slot. The Elephone G7 is a dual-SIM smartphone and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box.

Chinese handset brand, Vivo has launched the Vivo V1 mid-range smartphone. It comes with dual-SIM support, a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) display, a quad-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 2GB of RAM, 16GB inbuilt storage, microSD card slot, a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, a front 5-megapixel camera, and Android 5.0 Lollipop with Funtouch 2.1 UI. The price is yet to be revealed.

Huawei ast week launched four new budget smartphones including the Y336, Y541, Y625 and G620S in India, with their price starting from Rs. 5,499. The Huawei Y336 is the most affordable at Rs. 5,499. It features a 4-inch display, and dual-core chipset. The Huawei Y541 comes with a 4.5-inch display, and is priced at Rs. 6,499. The Huawei Y625 and Huawei G620S come with similar features, and vary mainly on the basis of support for 4G connectivity and prices. Both have 5-inch display and run on quad-core chipset. The Y625 has been priced at Rs. 8,499 while the Huawei G620S costs higher at Rs. 9,499.

The Pegasus 2 Plus smartphone was launched in China, and the company is yet to reveal its pricing and availability details. As for its specs, it brings a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) display, a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor, 3GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel rear camera, an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, and Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with Zen UI skin on top. This is a dual-SIM smartphone available in Rose Gold and White colour options.

Oppo Mirror 5s smartphone comes with a 5-inch (720x1280 pixels) HD TFT display, a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor, an Adreno 306 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 128GB), and supports 4G LTE connectivity on dual-SIMs. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop-with Color OS 2.1 skinned on top. The company is yet to announce its price and availability.

Other specs include 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixels) display, 5-megapixel rear and VGA front camera, 3G connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, 8GB of inbuilt storage and microSD card (up to 32GB) slot.
