This week has been a quite controversial for the Indian market! Noida-based handset maker, Ringing Bells has launched India's cheapest smartphone at a price of Rs. 251. The surprising part is that the device comes with mid-range specification including quad-core CPU, 1GB RAM and shipped with Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.
