Xiaomi 13T, Xiaomi 13T Pro Launched with 144Hz AMOLED Display, Leica Cameras, IP68 Rating

Xiaomi recently dropped a new flagship smartphone series in Europe. The Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro are the latest entrants to the Chinese smartphone markers flagship portfolio.

The Xiaomi 13T series features a MediaTek chipset, an AMOLED display, a large battery with fast charging support, and best-in-class software support. The Xiaomi 13T series also comes with Leica-branded cameras, which is seen on the Xiaomi 13 Pro and Xiaomi 13 Ultra.

Xiaomi 13T Series Pricing, Colors

The Xiaomi 13T price is set at €649 (roughly Rs 57,100) for the sole 8GB/256GB configuration. The Xiaomi 13T is offered in Meadow Green, Black, Alpine Blue color options.

The Xiaomi 13T Pro price is set at €799 (roughly Rs 70,300) for the sole 12GB/256GB configuration and €899 (roughly Rs 79,100) for the 12GB/512GB model. The Xiaomi 13T Pro also comes in a 16GB/1TB variant that costs €999 (roughly Rs 87,900).

The Xiaomi 13T Pro arrives in the same colours as the vanilla Xiaomi 13T. The company is yet to confirm the Xiaomi 13T series launch in India. Now, let's move on to the Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro specs.

Xiaomi 13T Pro Specs

The Xiaomi 13T Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 Ultra SoC paired with the Arm Immortalis-G715 GPU. The phone also comes with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The Xiaomi 13T Pro runs Android 13-based MIUI 14. Xiaomi promises four major Android OS updates and five security updates with the device.

Xiaomi's latest flagship smartphone sports a 6.67-inch CrystalRes AMOLED panel with a 1.5K (2712 x 1220 pixels) resolution and a pixel density of 446 PPI. The screen boasts a 144Hz refresh rate and a 480Hz touch sampling rate. It also features a peak brightness of 2,600 nits, 2880Hz PWM dimming, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision support.

For optics, the Xiaomi 13T Pro gets three Lecia-branded cameras including a 50 MP Sony IMX707 primary sensor with OIS, a 50 MP OV50D telephoto camera sensor with up to 20x digital zoom, and a 12 MP ultrawide lens. The camera system support 4K HDR10+ video recording at 30fps and up to 8K video recording at 24fps. Up front, the Xiaomi 13T Pro opts for a 20 MP selfie camera.

The Xiaomi 13T Pro also packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 120W HyperCharge support that can take the phone from 0 to 100% in less than 20 minutes. The Xiaomi 13T Pro also features Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front, an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. Additionally, the Alpine Blue model features vegan leather finish.

Xiaomi 13T Specs

The Xiaomi 13T is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultra SoC paired with the Mali-G610 MC6 GPU. The phone also comes with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The Xiaomi 13T Pro runs Android 13-based MIUI 14.

Xiaomi promises four major Android OS updates and five security updates with the device. The Xiaomi 13T features the same display as the 'Pro' model. Even the Leica-branded triple-rear cameras on the vanilla 13T are the same as on the Xiaomi 13T Pro.

The vanilla model also retains the same 20 MP Sony IMX596 front camera and 5,000 mAh battery capacity, although charging speed is dropped to 67W. The Xiaomi 13T features the same design and colour variants as its 'Pro' counterpart, including the Gorilla Glass 5 protection and IP68 rating.
