According to Chinese tipster Experience More, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will arrive in 12GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB memory options. Moreover, the tipster also noted that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will come in a Titanium option like its 'Pro' counterpart.

The leak also revealed that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra's pricing will remain the same as the previous generation, which launched from CNY 7,299 (roughly Rs 84,250). Additionally, the tipster also claimed that the Titanium version would add CNY 500 or more to the price, putting it at around CNY 8,000 (roughly Rs 92,350).
