Xiaomi 14T and Xiaomi 14T Pro Spotted on HyperOS Code; Could Launch in September

Xiaomi is expected to launch the Xiaomi 14T series comprising the Xiaomi 14T and the 14T Pro. The upcoming series should succeed last year's 13T series. The latest information has brought a few details including a possible launch timeline. Here's everything we know about the Xiaomi 14T series.

Xiaomi 14T Series: What to Expect?

The latest information comes to light via the Android Headlines team, they found some clues about the upcoming Xiaomi 14T series in the Xiaomi HyperOS source code. The lineup will likely include - the Xiaomi 14T and a Pro model named the 14T Pro.

The Pro model is also expected to be a rebranded version of the Redmi K70 Ultra. The publication further stated that both Redmi K70 Ultra and the Xiaomi 14T Pro share the same code name "rothko" and model number ("N12").

However, the Xiaomi 14T Pro is speculated to have some different features compared to the Redmi K70 Ultra. The latter doesn't support wireless charging, while the Xiaomi 14T Pro is expected to ship with wireless charging support. Xiaomi could use the Dimensity 9300 SoC for the Xiaomi 14T Pro.

For imaging, the Xiaomi 14T Pro might include a telephoto camera with Leica lenses, while the Redmi K70 Ultra is rumoured to ditch Leica to reduce costs. On the other hand, the Xiaomi 14T was spotted with the codename "degas", inspired by the name of the famous French artist Edgar Degas, and will come with model number "N12A".
