Xiaomi 15 Ultra Spotted on BIS Certification, India Launch Likely Soon – Here’s What to Expect
Xiaomi is gearing up to expand its flagship lineup with the much-anticipated Xiaomi 15 Ultra, which has now been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website. This certification strongly hints at an upcoming India launch, possibly following its expected debut in China early next year.
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is positioned as the successor to the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, combining top-tier hardware, advanced cameras, and elegant design. With a model number 25010PN30I, the device is believed to represent the Indian variant of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra.

What the BIS Certification Reveals
While the BIS listing doesn't disclose hardware details, the certification approval on December 20 suggests Xiaomi is preparing the 15 Ultra for an India launch soon. Earlier reports from China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) linked the same model number to the 15 Ultra. Notably, the last character in the model number-'I'-denotes its Indian variant, while the global version is expected to use 'G.'
For context, Xiaomi launched its predecessor, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, in China in February 2023, with an Indian debut following in March at a price of ₹99,999. A similar launch timeline for the 15 Ultra is likely, with a global unveiling at events such as Mobile World Congress (MWC).
