Xiaomi has a cheap solution to protect your phone's screen

Xiaomi has launched smartphones with the trendy glass front and back design lately. These devices often face heat from the users due to their fragility and also the tendency of the glass to attract smudges and fingerprint stains.

Well, Xiaomi has a new product that will prevent your smartphones and other gadgets that easily attract stains. Dubbed as the Xiaomi Screen cleaning wipe, it comes in a box of 15 wipes and is priced at just 4.9 Yuan ($0.78) per box. These wipes can be used your laptop screens, smartphones, eyeglasses and more. Also, the quick-drying, non-flaking wipes can be used from both sides that have an anti-bacterial property.

The wipes claim to provide efficient and effective bacteriostasis and do not leave debris on the surface of the screen. It offers a higher level of softness compared to regular wipes and contains edible alcohol and surfactant to remove dust and grease. Users can purchase the pack of screen wipes Mi Home for 4.9 Yuan ($0.78). Since there, are many alternatives available in the market, the latest product is unlikely to be exported.

Recently, Lei Jun, Xiaomi founder, chairman, and CEO was also spotted wearing the Mi Band 3 - the new iteration of company's popular budget smart wearable which is slated to launch later this year. Jun was seen donning the alleged smart wearable at the launch of Xiaomi's new Black Shark gaming smartphone launch.

Judging by the photos, the overall shape of the Mi Band seems unchanged, however, the design appears to be tweaked. The top glass seems to spread over the sides, instead of being tucked inside the silicon strap. A round button can be seen at the bottom and the top side holds a small screen. This might be another small OLED unit as seen on the Mi band 2. The new variant also appears to be slightly bigger than its precursors.

Apart from the photos, there isn't much information available on the Mi band 3. But the smart band is expected to feature an accelerometer, vibration engine, optical heart rate sensor, and Bluetooth 4.2. It might as well have an IP67 certification.
