Xiaomi Mi 4c Specifications Revealed Ahead of Launch [Report]

Ahead of Xiaomi Mi 4c launch event scheduled for tomorrow, the company's co-founder and president Li Nan & Chairman and co-founder Lei Jun have revealed some specifications of the device on their Weibo account.

According to the company executives, the Mi 4c will feature dual SIM cards supporting 4G LTE connectivity on both the SIM slots, Snapdragon 808 SoC on board.

Further, this device is likely to come with improved connectivity and will download 20% faster than its predecesor. Also, the executives has confirmed that it will have a multi colored design including orange and white.

Further, this device is the successor of the Mi 4i variant which was launched earlier this year in the Indian market. Like any other Xiaomi devices, the Mi 4c will be launched in China first and will be rolled out to other regions.

As per previous reports, this Mi 4c will come packed with 5-inch 1080p display, Hexa-Core Snapdragon 808 processor, Adreno 418GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage/3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, 13MP/5MP camera package, MIUI 7 based on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, a 3,080mAh battery.

Anyhow, the company will be launching 1 lacs variants of each model during the sale. This makes a total of 2 lacs models to be shipped to India.

This device will come with USB Type-C port along with tiny adapter that will convert the microUSB charger into USB Type-C charger.
