Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is scheduled to be launched on September 11, alongside another possible smartphone Mi Note 3.
However, as we are waiting for the launch, a new action packed video teaser for the Mi MIX 2 has just surfaced on Xiaomi's official page on Weibo. The teaser seems to be shot in a first person shooting mode which you usually see in games like Call of Duty and others.

So let's breakdown the teaser. At the beginning of the video, you will first see Mr. Philippe Starck who is the principle designer behind Xiaomi Mi MIX 2. But things get interesting as we move forward. Starck then shows the Mi MIX 2 and surprisingly the phone has been portrayed as a gun. The video has been shot in a point of view mode and you can see Starck going about shooting things in a lab.

As for the device, we can make out few details in terms of design and how it looks. This video does not reveal much as the phone is shown only from the back side in this video. In any case, the back side of the phone seems to be curved and it looks like the smartphone has a metal build or it could also have glass or ceramic as we see a glossy finish at the back of the phone. The video is fast paced and lacks sufficient lighting due to which it is little difficult to make out what actually the device has to offer.

Apart from that, Xiaomi has confirmed that Mi MIX 2 will boast of a 'bezel-less' display in the Weibo post. Xiaomi might have some surprises for us. Besides, it will be exciting to see what Xiaomi has to offer and whether MI MIX 2 will come with an even more enticing design.

Meanwhile, previous leaks and rumors have suggested that Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 will come with a 6.2-inch QHD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone will likely be powered by a Snapdragon 835 64-bit octa-core SoC and the phone is also expected to pack in at least 6GB of RAM. Xiaomi will most probably introduce several RAM variants of this handset. The handset will run on Android Nougat with MIUI 9 OS on top of it.
