Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 appears on Geekbench listing with Intel chipset and 2GB RAM

Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 has surfaced on Geekbench benchmarking site and its specifications have been revealed. The Mi Pad 2 is the successor of the Mi Pad.

The Geekbench website reveals that the Mi Pad 2 has an intel chipset which is the Atom x5-Z8500, with a 2.24 GHz quad-core CPU that supports 2k display. The tablet has 2GB of RAM and will will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop with a MIUI on top. The Mi Pad 2 scored 985 on a single core score and 3268 on a multi-core score.

There are no other details on the specifications on the Mi Pad 2 on the GeekBench website.

Previous Rumors speculated that the Mi Pad 2 could sport a 7.9 inch, 2,048x1536 touchscreen and come with 16 GB of built in storage similar to its predecessor, the Mi Pad. Part of the rumors was that the Mi Pad could also come with Windows 10.
