Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 Officially Teased: Launch Likely by End of June
The Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 has been the talk of the town for a while now. Earlier reports hinted at a launch in the first half of 2025, and now, the company has officially teased the upcoming clamshell foldable. Here's everything you should know about the upcoming Mix Flip 2.

Xiaomi's General Manager of Marketing, Siqi Wei, confirmed on Weibo that the brand's President, Lu Weibing, had a discussion with a user of the Xiaomi Mix Flip, which revealed advantages and drawbacks of using the phone, as well as areas for improvement. This clearly indicates that the launch could take place soon.

While there's no official word regarding the exact launch timeline, tipster Smart Pikachu recently revealed that the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 will arrive in China in late June. The foldable is expected to come alongside the Redmi K80 Ultra and a new gaming-centric Redmi tablet.
Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 - What We Know So Far
In terms of specs, the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 is tipped to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. It is also rumoured to support wireless charging, an upgrade over the wired fast charging feature on the Xiaomi Mix Flip. Moreover, the Mix Flip 2 is likely to come with an IPX8 rating and will be thinner and more versatile compared to its predecessor, measuring 7.6mm when unfolded.
The Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 is also expected to sport a 6.85-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED main foldable screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. For imaging, it may arrive with 50MP dual cameras. Moreover, the phone is tipped to pack a 5,100mAh battery with support for 67W wired fast charging.
