Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro debuted alongside the Redmi Note 8 recently in India. The 64MP quad-camera smartphone was made available via flash sale online earlier. Now, the device is going up for sale along with the standard variant next week. Following are the details:

The standard Redmi Note 8 is launched in two RAM and storage configuration - 4GB RAM+ 4GB storage and 6GB RAM+128GB storage. The former variant costs Rs. 9,999, while the latter will be available at Rs. 12,999. It comes in Neptune Blue, Space Black, and Moonlight White colors.

The Redmi Note 8 Pro is launched in three different configurations - 6GB RAM+ 64GB storage, 6GB RAM+ 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM+ 128GB storage. It can be purchased at Rs. 14,999, Rs. 15,999, and Rs. 17,999 respectively. You can select from Shadow Black, Gamma Green, and Halo White colors.

Coming to the sale dates, the standard Redmi 8 will be available for sale on November 5, while the Redmi Note 8 Pro will go up for sale on November 6 at Amazon.

Redmi Note 8, Redmi Note 8 Pro Quick Specs

The Redmi Note 8 is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 665 processor clubbed with up to 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. It offers four-rear cameras with a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth sensor.

It comes with a 6.3-inch FHD+ LCD display with a waterdrop notch and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The notch houses a 13MP camera for selfies and video calling. Powering it is a 4,000 mAh battery.

The Redmi Note 8 Pro is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G90T gaming chipset accompanied by up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. It ships with an Android Pie OS layered with MIUI 10 skin. Notably, the standard variant comes with the same software.

 

This quad-camera module on the Redmi Note 8 Pro is equipped with a bigger 64MP primary sensor. The remaining sensors are the same as the standard variant. The display is also slightly bigger at 6.53-inches than the standard variant.

It comes with an FHD+ resolution and comes with the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection. Backing it up is a 4,500 mAh battery unit with fast charging support.
