Key specifications, features, and comparison:
Xolo's Era is its answer to Micromax's Canvas Spark that brings similar features on-board but is priced at Rs 4,999.
As for specs, the Era has a 5-inch IPS Display, which as per the company's claims can reproduce 178 degree viewing angles. The display is slightly bigger than the 4.7-inch screen on the Canvas Sparx.

The Era is powered by a 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM, and is equipped with 8GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 32GB on microSD card. Micromax Canvas Spark too brings similar processor and storage space.
Speaking of camera, the Era sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with flash and a 2-megapixel selfie camera upfront, so does the Canvas Sparx.
The major difference lies on the software front. While the Era runs on Android 4.4 KitKat, the Canvas Sparx boasts the Lollipop iteration out of the box. Xolo Era, however, comes with OTG support and an OTG cable out of the box.
