Nexus 6 Update: Google Concept Phone Visualizes 6GB RAM and Android 4.5 Lollipop

LG Nexus 5 was launched on October 31, and it's hardly an old product for consumers. Without any doubt Google won't come up with the next generation Nexus phone in the coming days, however, at the same time one cannot ignore designers to conceptualize the Nexus 6. Of course, Google alongside the chosen OEM partner would announce Nexus 6 sometime in October 2014. But that's the way industry works.

 

Recently, Bob Freking managed to come up with a concept render of a supposed Nexus 6. Since an individual has its own way of thinking, the Nexus 6 concept phone appears to be really awesome. The designer tried to make the Nexus 6 as cool as possible.

The Nexus 6, as conceived by Bob Freaking, looks exactly like the Nexus 5. From general form factor to appearance, nothing much has changed. The phone incorporates a 5-inch Full HD Super LCD 3 display.The device is made of aluminum, a natural progression from the previous iteration.

Nexus 6: Concept Phone Visualizes 6GB RAM and More

Moreover, the Nexus 6 has a 13-megapixel UltraPixel rear-facing camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). And on the front a wide angle camera is given for long video chat. Google Nexus 5 runs the Android 4.5 Lollipop Operating system.

Talking about the hardware specifications, Google Nexus 6 has a 6-inch aluminum chassis with zerogap. The hardware boasts of 6GB RAM, 6 core GPU, 6 core CPU, and a promise of 60 hours of battery back life. The handset also features front sided speakers. Google Nexus 6 is said to be priced $299 for the 16GB version.

Once again, let's not forget that this is just a concept Nexus 6 phone. Google hasn't announced that when can we expect to see next Nexus phone. Obviously, Google will announce the Nexus 6 later next year with an all new Android OS.

Amusingly, Samsung and ZTE have plans to introduce Ultra HD display smartphones later next year. Moreover, the Galaxy S5 is said to have Ultra HD display with a whooping 550ppi.

Meanwhile, other designers are trying to come up with uniquely designed Nexus 6 handset. For instance, Deviantart member Kouglov has visualize the forthcoming Nexus 6. The phone seems to be have more modified designed compared to the recently launched Nexus 5.

The Nexus 6 have more rounded edges an angular design. The handset runs the Android 4.4 Kitkat out of the box. Also, the phone is powered by a 2.5GHz quad-core processor coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB of inbuilt memory.

Other features include: Dual SIM, 3G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, and an expandable storage via microSD card slot.
