Nokia 208 Dual SIM Gets Listed on Nokia India Website: Hints at India Release Soon
Only yesterday Finnish mobile manufacturer launched three of their latest budget friendly feature phones viz. Nokia 207 and two variants of Nokia 208 (dual SIM and single SIM) with a 3G support. Now the good news for the Nokia Fans in India is that Nokia 208 with a dual SIM support is already listed under the coming soon tag on Nokia's Official website.

Going by the specs and features, Nokia 208 and 207 both run on Series 40 mobile operating system, but do not feature the recently revamped Asha interface debuted on the Nokia Asha 501. The Nokia 207 and 208 look quite identical in appearance as both features a traditional alphanumeric keypad and the company's iconic brightly colored casings seen in Nokia devices currently. The back panel is also swappable with other colored panels.
Nokia 208 dual SIM variant sports a 2.4-inch QVGA LCD transmissive display offering the screen resolution of 320 x 240 pixels and 166 ppi pixel density. As mentioned earlier, the device runs on Series 40 mobile operating system with a support of a 64 MB RAM. The Nokia 208 is equipped with a 1.3-megapixel rear-facing camera. Nokia 208 has a lesser internal storage capacity of 256 MB but fortunately it comes with a microSD card slot that supports up to 32GB external memory. Connectivity options include, dual microSIM support, 3G, Bluetooth and microUSB. Talking about the dimension the handsets weighs 90.6 grams, and measures 114.2 x 50.9 x 12.8mm in size. The latest feature phone from Nokia is powered by a 1020 mAh battery.
The best part of the device is that it supports mobile internet speed of up to 3.5G and come with Nokia's usual array of Series 40 software and tricks, including Nokia Express Browser and social apps such as Twitter, Facebook and WhatsApp.
The Nokia 208 with a dual SIM comes with a an ‘Easy Swap' technology to enable instant SIM card switching without switching off the device. Both Nokia 207 and 208 and 208 Dual SIM variant will be available in red, cyan, yellow, white and black. The budget friendly Nokia 208 dual SIM variant is expected to come at a price of Rs. 4,100.
