The Finnish mobile phone manufacturer Nokia which still enjoys a good market share in the world especially in India is gearing up to face competition from its rivals like Samsung, Motorola, Sony Ericsson Micromax etc. by launching new models. The buzz in the market is ripe suggesting that Nokia might launch a new model in the market a Symbian phone called Nokia 700. Though Nokia has been planning for long to phase out Symbian phones this news is coming as a surprise to mobile junkies. Nokia is planning to launch this smart phone with the best design and latest technical specifications. Though its launch is much awaited its official launch in the market and that too in India is still being kept under wraps.

Nokia 700 has been codenamed Zeta and is said to be the thinnest phone available among all the models available now if we trust the leaks that are coming up on the internet. The specification of the phone i.e. 110x51x10mm and weight of 80 g will put this claim of being the “thinnest phone" under cloud.

This candy bar phone with multi touch screen options will be having a Symbian Belle OS and a fast processor of 1 GHz for better multitasking. Symbian Belle is considered to be as the successor of Symbian Anna. Symbian Belle will be replacing text buttons with graphical icons.
