Acer, on the other hand, also has its own agenda at the event. It hasn't been long since the company's website recently leaked a 10.1-inch tablet, and we are quite sure it's heading to IFA 2014. But then again, all that needs to be seen with the final event kicking off.

Codenamed "Superman," the massively rumored Nokia Lumia 730 is a huge probability at this year's IFA. While we aren't in a position to put a marker on a device so early, expect Nokia to have a presence at the event.

To be honest, you could in fact expect the Lumia 730 at this year's event, considering the fact that every major tech site is talking about it. And if being trendy is the biggest factor of your life, you will be happy to know that it's a selfie phone.

The phone is currently expected to feature a 4.7-inch display and run on the Snapdragon 400 chipset with a quad-core Cortex-A7 CPU in support. The front camera will be a 5MP snapper, while the rear sensor will will offer just 6.5MP.

In addition to the Lumia 730, Nokia also plans on unveiling another Lumia 830 at the event as well. Codenamed "Tesla," it might so happen that Microsoft's September 4 event could only be to highlight this one handset. But we can't be sure until we see that facts ourselves.

The Lumia 830 is currently expected to be an upper mid-range device, although its selling point has to be its 20MP PureView camera, as reports have indeed suggested. This will also be similar to the one in the Lumia 930.

The Lumia 830 should arrive with dimensions of 139.4mm x 70.7mm x 8.5mm, and should either have a 4.5-inch or 4.7-inch display in either 720p or 1080p. The handset should also run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 or 801 processor.

Acer is expected to have greater presence at this year's IFA Berlin show. And examples of that could be derived from the fact that the company is now gearing up to release the new Iconia A3-A20 at the event.

As we mentioned before, the 10.1-inch tablet was leaked earlier by Acer's own website. And hence there's a lot of hope that the device will indeed be showcased at the event. While we aren't sure, the specs for the tablet should include 1GB of RAM, 16GB (or 32GB of internal storage), 5MP rear-shooter, 2MP front-shooter, and a 1.3GHz quad-core CPU from MediaTek.
