The strong point of the Nokia Asha 502 Dual SIM has to be its battery life. The makers have added a 1,100mAh battery fitted inside. On normal usage, we got roughly 12 hours of talk time on 2G network, which is again a healthy sign.

We tested the Asha 502 using Vodafone's GSM network. The call quality was crystal clear, though, you need to up the volume when talking to someone in noisy places, for instance, Rajiv Chowk Metro Station.

The phone comes with 4GB of internal memory, thanks to a preinstalled memory card. Of course you can expand its internal memory up to 32GB via a microSD card slot, whereas the phone memory stands at 66.7MB.

The phone's biggest USP is that it will draw attention because of its unique design and simply amazing battery life. The Asha 502 is fairly OK for those who will be using the device for calling, messaging, web browsing, and listing to music on the go. Ladies might get attractive to the Asha 502 Dual SIM. We think Nokia should come up with an ad campaign targeting working females in particular. If promoted well in the heartland of India with special internet plans, Nokia could hope for its cult status in semi urban regions of India. Further, we would like to advice Nokia on adding local regional language support in newer Asha models.
