Nokia Lumia 510 Latest leak Confirms Price, Specs, Availability and More

Nokia Lumia 510 technical specifications have been leaked along with information on its pricing and photos. Nokia is expected to launch this model along with Lumia 920 and 820. Nokia Lumia 510 will be released as an entry-level smartphone unlike Lumia 920 and 820 which are going to be released as higher-end smartphones.

The device is expected to be available at a price tag of Rs.8,500 as per the sources. Sources also confirm that Lumia 510 will be first released in the Chinese market where the demand for smartphones is on the rise. A global release of this phone is expected to happen by early 2013.

If the rumored technical specifications are anything to go by, Nokia Lumia 510 will have a screen display size of 4 inches. There is no information regarding the screen resolution so far. Other information being leaked includes 4GB internal memory and 256MB RAM.

There is no information regarding the operating system being used. But with 256 MB RAM on-board, Nokia would probably prefer to use Windows Phone 7.5 OS. Nokia during the announcement of Windows 8 hinted about the use of Windows Phone 7.8 in some of its devices and informed that phones running on Windows Phone 7.5 will be upgradeable to Windows Phone 7.8. So the possibility of this OS cannot be discarded. This new OS will feature a customizable home screen which will be adopted from Windows Phone 8.
