Nokia Mobile Diwali Offer: Get Free Bluetooth Headsets with Lumia 900, 800, 710

On the occasion of Diwali Nokia has announced free headset scheme for those buying Lumia phones for smartphone upgrade.

Reportedly, Nokia has released a new promotional ad with the title ‘Celebrate Holi this Diwali with Nokia’. Nokia is expecting to boost sales of its Lumia range of smartphones with these compelling offers. The company is currently facing financial losses and this seems an initiative to help company gain some lost ground in Indian market.

Users choosing Nokia Lumia 900 will get a free Nokia J Bluetooth headset with which they can enjoy music at its best. Grabbing up a Lumia 800 will offer Nokia Purity Stereo headsets for free. However users will get a BH-111 Bluetooth stereo headset for free on purchasing Nokia Lumia 710. Nokia Lumia 610 users will get a free Philips headset. The company have announced the offer to be valid only until November 20 next month.

Nokia Bluetooth J headset offered for free with Nokia Lumia 900 is believed to be worth Rs. 5,570. However Nokia Purity stereo headset by Monster provided for free with Nokia Lumia 800 is worth Rs. 5,110. Company also claims the free headsets offered for Nokia Lumia 710 and Nokia Lumia 610 to be worth Rs. 2,110 and Rs. 1,499.

In another major development, Nokia has partnered with Yatra.com for offering free travel vouchers along with selected Nokia Asha phones. Nokia Asha range of smartphones is doing better sales in the Indian market and the company is trying to attract more customers towards this device with their latest offers.

The travel vouchers worth Rs.4,500 will be made available for users on purchasing Nokia Asha 305, 308 and 311 smartphones. With this announcement from Nokia, it is almost clear that Nokia Asha 308 announced in September will reach the market during Diwali. The voucher includes four domestic air ticket voucher of Rs.750 each and a hotel booking voucher of Rs. 1,500.
