For many, the original Nokia X wasn't a killer phone. It had too many problems with respect to display resolution and underwhelming processor. Barely four months after Nokia introduced the Nokia X at this year's MWC tech show, Microsoft Mobile had to launch the second gen handset with a slightly modified hardware.

While the Nokia X is still available in India around Rs. 6,000, Microsoft could launch the second generation hardware in the country. In fact Nokia has already started importing devices in India in different set of batches.
