Samsung Galaxy S4 has been rumoured to get Android 5.0.1 Lollipop ROM for quite some time. Now, according to the report leaked online, it has been confirmed that Samsung has been hard at work to bring out Lollipop updates for its previous flagship phone, the Galaxy S4.

According to the folks over at the XDA Developers, the leaked Android 5.0.1 ROM is an official ROM for the Galaxy S4. Reportedly, the leaked ROM is compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S4 with the model numbers GT-I9500, GT-19502, GT-I9508 and GT-I9508v, notes GeekyGadgets.

Official Android 5.0.1 Lollipop ROM Leaked For Samsung Galaxy S4

Apparently, the Android 5.0.1 ROM is intended for China. In the meanwhile, a stock English keyboard is currently missing, informs GSMArena. According to early adopters, the early build seems to be working fine.

As of now, the Android 5.0.1 ROM for the Galaxy S4 is a part of greater speculation. However, it appears that Samsung has no choice but to release an Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the Galaxy S4, given how popular the device is in Asia, including China and India.
