After Xiaomi, another Chinese smartphone maker - OnePlus is a potential candidate to take the center-stage globally, at least among the Chinese manufacturers. The already popular smartphone maker, which has its flagship killer smartphone - the One, (not the One from HTC) making all the buzz in several markets, is planning to achieve great number in terms of sales.

One Million figure is not as much compared to the ones which normally premium smartphone makers announce, but for a smartphone maker which sells its devices via invitation model, the number os remarkable.

Speaking to Carl Pei at Dublin's Web Summit, he reportedly said that sales to date have passed half a million handset, and there is a push to reach a stretch goal of one million units before the end of the year." It's true that the company has already made the name in the industry but it still has number of challenges to meet with all the new smartphones entering the market and beating the popular ones successively.
