With advancement in technology, , Chinese Handset manufacturer's flagship devices Oppo Find 7 and Find 7a, have already waited patiently in the queue, despite hardware all around, and a smooth user interface experience that is the ColorOS, Oppo's version of Android.

As Oppo gains its share with its well built design, attractive features and capable devices, the compulsion to keep the software updated and that has proven to be a challenge with the Oppo Find 7 devices.

China-based Mobile manufacturer likes to provide ideas to the developers out there, and it has active forums for discussions about how to do things with Oppo's products. In between this, Oppo decided not to push a lot of over-the-air updates for ColorOS, instead they came up with releasing a stable builds or Betas that can be manually loaded and installed on devices. This process involves, as simple as downloading a file, connecting the phone to your computer, and then starting the update on the device.

Oppo Find 7/7a got its last update ColorOS 2.0.0i back this October, and now the devices have firmware based on Android 4.4 KitKat, and a bit of changes done to the UI. With this update teaser, both the Find 7 and Find 7a will get a bunch of new wallpapers and the ability to presort apps. The task manager has been enhanced a bit too.

On Other hand, Oppo has included a feature called Free-halt 2.0, which provides an easy one-handed operation. Easy Crop a cropping option, is a freehand ability to crop screen shots. Further the camera interface is also updated with expandable menu widgets, more modes, and now 3rd party developers can develop new functions into the platform.

As there is no official announcement from the Chinese Handset authorities on the Beta version, it is expected to be available soon, though the teaser video has highlighted as "sooner rather than later."
