Oppo U3 with 2GB RAM, Octa-Core CPU is Now Official

Chinese handset makers have found the Indian smartphone market to be rather welcoming. Few weeks after the launch of Oppo Mirror 3 and Oppo R1C, Chinese handset manufacturer has launched Oppo U3 smartphone. This smartphone comes with Octa-core processor and 2GB RAM.

Oppo U3 - Key Specification

Oppo U3 sports a 5.9-inch full-HD display with a resolution of 1080x1920 pixels. It is powered by a 1.7GHz 64-bit Octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor along with 2GB of RAM. On the camera, it has 13MP rear camera with Sony IMX124 sensor, 5MP front facing camera.

On the storage department, it comes with 16GB of internal storage, with expandable storage up to 128GB via microSD card. On the software side, it runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat with ColourOS 2.0.1 UI on top of it. It carries a dimension of 8mm thickness and weighs around 195 grams.

This whole hardware is packed with a humongous 3000mAh battery, which according to the company, can be charged up to 75 percent in 30 mins with the help of a bundled Oppo's VOOC fast-charging technology.

Available in Black and White color variant, it might be priced around 2,499 Yuan (approx Rs. 25,000). Although there is no official announcement about the pricing and releasing, we are expecting full information in the upcoming days.
