Panasonic P55 5-Inch, Quad Core Phablet Launched At Rs 10,290: Top 10 Budget Rivals to Consider

Just a couple of days ago, Japanese smartphone maker Panasonic launched wits latest smartphone - the P55 in India. It was launched at the price of Rs. 10,290 and is being offered in Black and Pearl White color variants. Very much like most of the Chinese smartphone makers, Panasonic offers a free screen guard and a flip cover with the smartphone.

Anyways, today, GizBot has come up with the top 10 devices which are bound to rival against the latest Panasonic P55 smarpthone. The 5.5-Inch smartphone has a lot to offer, but since there are plethora of devices in the market with the similar price tag attached to them, the new offering from the smartphone maker will have to go through the muddy waters, at least in the market like India.

Panasonic P55: Key Specifications

The Panasonic P55 sports a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) capacitive touchscreen IPS display. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB RAM. It runs on Android 4.4.2 (KitKat) OS.

In the imaging segment, the users will get to see an 8MP rear camera with LED Flash, capable of shooting video at 1080p and a 2MP front-facing snapper for taking selfies and making video calls.

Internal storage unit is settled to 4GB, however, it is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The smartphone supports 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity options. Moreover, it is also a Dual SIM handset.

The device which measures 149.7x77x7.9mm and weighs 148 grams is powered by a 2500mAh removable battery.
