Panasonic P81 Hands on and First Look: A Quality Driven Mid-Range Smartphone
- Effortless Design
- Large 5.5-inch display
- User interface (UI)
- Poor camera
- Outdated Android
Panasonic P81- Battery, Dual SIM and ROM
The Panasonic P81 has a 2,500mAh battery fitted inside. Thankfully, the fitted battery is removable in nature. The handset has an impressive long list of connectivity features: 3G, HSPA+, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Dual SIM, FM Radio and more. The phone comes with an 8GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card slot.
Panasonic P81- Early Verdict
Panasonic's latest flagship handset, the P81, is an honest attempt to capture the mid-range of the handset market. The company says its newest flagship features come loaded with jam packed features; therefore, the retail price seems logical. The new leather-look finish is great but that's been used by other International player as well.
Nevertheless, the P81's highlight is its unique gesture based user interface, which we think is unique only to Panasonic-made device. Priced at Rs. 18,990, the phone should be compared with Samsung's Galaxy Note 3 Neo, which costs fairly expensive compared to the P81.
