Panasonic P81- Camera App and Performance
The Panasonic P81's camera app is very easy to use, designed to be operated with just one thumb.
As standard, the PanasonicP81 camera is set to full auto, meaning you only need to pick the subject of your shot. Also, there's no physical camera button on the phone, which means you need to rely on the virtual camera buttons.

Talking about the phone's camers UI, aside from Normal Capture, there are three other modes ( HDR, Panorama and GIF). HDR mode is no show stopper here; we're disappointed with the results. Panorama is self-explanatory, shooting a wide view of your surroundings. Like any other camera phone, you have an option to share images on social networking sites instantly.

The Panasonic P81's camera has a 13-megapixel sensor with a single LED Flash. In good details, the P81 can produce a good level of detail. However, we find the image to be slightly less sharp, even in the good lighting conditions. In poor lighting, the camera performerd really badly.

Unfortunately, the makers have not added a dedicated night mode, instead we have no option other than the normal mode. Macro performance is decent enough, producing good close-up shots.

The phone's also has a 2-megapixel front-facing shooter. Perfect for shooting selfies , the Panasonic P81 left us speechless.

Video
The Panasonic P81 offers great video capture. You can record videos in both Full HD (1080P) and HD (720p) at 30 frames per second. You also check out Full HD video recording sample using the Panasonic P81.
