Premium Version Huawei Ascend Mate7 Monarch launched at $710

China based smartphone manufacturer Huawei has released its Ascend Mate 7 Monarch edition. It is a prime variant of the regular Ascend Mate7 smartphone, where majority of specifications are same, but with a few improvements. In this variant the 6-inch display is now protected with sapphire, replacing the Gorilla Glass.

Moreover, the Huawei Ascend Mate 7 Monarch comes with an internal storage of 64GB, where 54GB is available for the user. It also supports expansion slot upto 128GB via microSD card which gives a huge storage of about 182GB. The phone comes in the gold color variant which is one of the three originally available for the phone.

Huawei Ascend Mate7 Monarch costs around 4399 Chinese yuan (Rs. 44,500 approx) which is bit costlier than the original version that costs 3699 yuan (Rs.37,500 approx). The company offers a special card, which can be used for quick repair as well as a bottle of the fancy Mossel wine.

Coming to the original Huawei Ascend Mate 7, the handset comes with 6-inch display with a resolution of 1080x1920 pixels. It is powered by 1.3GHz processor alongside 2GB RAM and 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, 16GB internal memory with an expansion upto 64GB and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat.
