Now to fuel the excitement, Qualcomm a popular mobile chipset maker has started teasing the device via its official Twitter account. However, HTC's new One has already been making appearances on the online world since couple of months. Close to half of the leaks came from @evleaks a sensational tech bound Twitter leakster.

It's not a big deal to figure out why Qualcomm is taking the pain of teasing the device. It obviously means that the New HTC One is loaded with one of the Qualcomm SoCs. The tweet from the company reads, "Ready to #OneUp your mobile experience? A stylish new #Snapdragon powered device is coming next week."
Earlier rumors had it that the device would come powered by Snapdragon 801 SoC one of the latest ones in the market which powers the devices like the latest Samsung Galaxy S5 and Sony Xperia Z2. But it is not confirmed yet. But the New HTC One won't go below the standard of the Snapdragon 801 because the Snapdragon 800 has become pretty old despite its popularity and potential.
According to the recent leak which came from Chinese certification authority TENAA, the HTC One 2 will have a dual-sensor rear UltraPixel camera, with resolutions of 16-megapixel UltraPixels and 4-megapixel UltraPixels. It will be powered by a 2.6 GHz quad-core processor (Qualcomm Snapdragon 801) and 2GB of RAM. The device in question will be made available in 16GB/32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded via a microSD card slot.
When it comes to the device's availability, March 25 is a day which we might be waiting for.
