Samsung Galaxy Ace Style: Entry Level Android KitKat Smartphone Goes Official

Just recently a new smartphone called the Galaxy ACE Style from Samsung was spotted in Germany. Back then it was rumored to be available only in selected market. But to our surprise today the company has launched the device and it will be available in Cream White and Dark Gray color variant starting this month.

However, Samsung didn't reveal the pricing of the device, but previously when it was spotted in Germany, the Galaxy ACE Style was reportedly said to come with a price tag between $276 to $413 (approx. Rs. 16,666 - Rs. 24,939).

In terms of specs, it can be considered an entry level Android handset comes with a 4-inch screen with a resolution of 800 x 480. It is powered by a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor coupled with a nominal 512 MB of RAM. It will come with Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box. There is an internal storage capacity of 4GB. In the imaging section, you will fins a 5 MP rear camera and a front facing VGA shooter. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and the device will likely be available in both single- and dual-SIM variants. It is powered by a 1500 mAh battery.

Samsung says that the Ace Style is "designed to support and power young social consumers." Further it says that the phone "features a fun, unique design with an enhanced camera and advanced features for superior performance."

In fact you could call this handset as another budget-friendly Android smartphone falling in the company's Ace series.

There is no word on when the device will be launched in India and if it does get launched in the Indian market sooner than the first half of this year, it will surely compete with the Moto G, Sony Xperia M and other smartphones from domestic players like Micromax, Karbonn and others.
