It was only yesterday, when the successor of Galaxy Note 2, the upcoming Note 3 was in news, for an image leak of the prototype version which surfaced online. The next update on Samsung Galaxy Note 3 started floating in the tech media world, when another image of the same huge phablet was spotted few hours back boasting similar looks.
Previously leaked solo image of the prototype Galaxy Note 3 features a rectangular design with a big display and thin side bezel but the recent one appeared showing size comparison with two devices on either side of it, giving more perspective to the viewers.
The latter image actually shows the real difference in size of the leaked Galaxy Note 3. However, the older images were accompanied by some info regarding the phablet's hardware specs, and also claimed that the Note 3 would arrive with a 5.99 inch Super AMOLED display.
There were also rumors about the 6 inch full HD screen handset coming from the South Korean manufacturer. However, a latest report from GSMArena claims, that it is hoax image, rather the device shown shares dimensions with recently unveiled Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3.
The report says, "We dug through our database and found the Nokia phone to be the 1202 (on the left), which measures 105.3mm tall. After straightening out the photo a little, we used that to measure the diagonal of the screen on the big device and came up with 6.3". So, this is most likely a Galaxy Mega 6.3."
Moreover, Samsung has a trend of giving a rounded corners to its devices. But this leaked image of a rectangular device and the other purportedly Samsung device on the right, somehow doesn't comply with the rounded cornering design.
As of now, there are no words on specifications, price and availability of the the upcoming Note 3. However, the South Korean mobile phone manufacturer doesn't take much time to announce its devices. Hence, the third generation Galaxy Note may be expected to come soon.
