Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo Hands on and First Look: A Sub Specced Phablet For A Little Less Price
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo: S Pen
The S Pen stylus is synonymous to Note series. When you pull out the S-Pen, you will get to see Air Command feature. The Air Command features include: Action Memo, Scrap Booker, Screen Write, S Finder and Pen Window. This hand recognition is very handy on the go.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo: Processor
What makes the Galaxy Note 3 Neo different from Note 3 is its imbedded processor? Amusingly, Samsung has gone with a hexa-core processor, rather than typical Qualcomm processor. The hexa-core Exynos 5260 chipset consists of two Cortex-A15 (1.7 GHz), and four Cortex-A7 CPU (1.3 GHz). The good thing about hexa-core processor is that all cores run simultaneously, which a great indication.

Hence, one can assume that the performance will likely to be above average. We haven't tested the device yet, but the first impression seems at par with any quad-core phone. Alongside the hexa-core processor, the Note 3 come supported by 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, which can be later, expanded via a micro SD card slot.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo: OS and UI
The Note 3 is running Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box. On the top of it, we will notice typical Samsung's native User Interface (UI) promoting company's services. Samsung hasn't announced when we get to see Android 4.4 Kitkat update.

This is crucial, as far as consumer demands are concerned. The UI, a typical Samsung types, gels well with the running software. Overall, we haven't witnessed any issue while opening apps or jumping to one window to another. Our final verdict will be based on the detailed review, so stay tuned!
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo: Camera
Samsung hasn't changed the camera user interface (UI) in a while. The UI consists of basic photo and video modes. You can shoot pictures by selecting different modes, like Best Photo, Drama, Sound & shout, amongst others. Users can shoot videos in Full HD (1080p); however, the phone doesn't support 4K video recording.

The 8-megapixel rear-facing is above average in the low-light settings. Otherwise, we loved the camera. The front-facing camera isn't fantastic, as per our standards.
