Samsung may be in the news for a host of new handset that it follows up one after the other, but nothing has made more noise than the new and upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note Edge. And this won't stop until the day the handset goes fully official.
While the handset's forte remains in its curved edge display, the handset itself looks quite a decent one and full of packed features. But in reality, the handset is a super looking one that offers something brand-new in the market. But it might break a few hearts if reports of the handset being launched in limited editions fall true.
However, with GizBot in the thick of things at the currently ongoing SDC 2014, we have already had our fair share of fun with the handset much before anyone else has even seen it in its full glory. And here are the 5 key things we found from the handset.

A Problem for the Left Handed?
If you know the new Galaxy Note Edge, you will also know about its curved display. However, with the curved display placed at the right side of the phone, people who are left handed might have a bit of problem operating the handset. If you are left handed, this extra bit of screen is sure to cause a few headaches, although nothing too serious.
Flippable Screen
But then again, Samsung is a big name and is understands users. Hence, you will notice that the Galaxy Note Edge's screen is flippable. So as long as you don't have issues with the home button being on the top of the screen, the phone won't really discriminate between right handed people as well as south paws.
The Curve is More than a Gimmick
When the handset first came into sight, we thought "so what's the big deal about a curved side display; just another gimmicky feature." Obviously, we were wrong. Samsung has done some work to make this section of the phone usable, by creating a host of OS strips. These include things like weather, Twitter, and news updates.
Evolving Screen Panels
Samsung has designed the Galaxy Note Edge is such a way that it will be easier for you to access applications. Moreover, it was also reported that the panel will evolve more, once more software partners are on board with the South Korean giant. Also note that videos will show up on the curved side when you play one.
Improved S Pen
It's important to notify you that the S Pen for the handset has also vastly improved. There are two extra pen styles now: fountain and highlighter. You can even use it as a mouse to take grab shots from websites and set up your own clippings in any way you want.
