Samsung Gear Live Smartwatch Now Available in India at Rs 15,900
At the Google I/O 2014 developer's conference, which took place just last month, the search engine giant made some major announcement on the wearable tech.

Google unveiled the first two Android powered smartwatches manufactured by LG and Samsung called the G Watch and Gear Live respectively.
While, LG G Watch was up on pre-order on the same day in the US, next day it reached the Indian boundaries via Play Store. On the other hand, Samsung listed its Gear Live on Google Play Store, however, under 'coming soon' tag.
Well, the latest update is that Samsung has now made the Gear Live available on the Play Store at the price of Rs. 15,900 for Indian buyers. As per the delivery details on Google Play Store, the smartphone once purchased, will start shipping in next 2-3 weeks.
You can also take a look at the LG G Watch which is available on the Play Store at the price of Rs. 14,999. The LG smartwatch will reportedly shipped sooner than Samsung Gear Live, which will be around 8 July.
Samsung Gear Live: Key Specification
The Gear Live is the first Android Wear smartwatch from Samsung and comes with 1.63-inch 320x320p Super AMOLED display. Very much like LG G Watch, it comes powered by 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 processor and packs 512MB of RAM and 4GB of on-board storage. Samsung has also included a 300 mAh battery, heart-rate sensor, Bluetooth 4.0 LE and the usual compass, gyroscope and accelerometer sensors in the smartwatch.
LG G Watch: Key Specification
LG G Watch comes with a 1.65-inch (280 x 280) IPS LCD display, measuring 37.9 x 46.5 x 9.95 mm and weighs 63 grams. Other specs include: Bluetooth 4.0, 1.2 GHz CPU, 4 GB internal storage with 512 MB RAM, 9 Axis (Accelerometer/Compass/Gyro)and 400 mAh battery.
