Samsung releases Galaxy E5 and Galaxy E7 in India for Rs. 19,300 and Rs. 23,000 respectively

In a recent development, Samsung India has announced the launch of their mid-range smartphones including Galaxy E5 and Galaxy E7 as a part of their new E-series smartphone line, along with the A-series smartphones.

Both the phones were released at a rather budget friendly price of Rs. 19,300 and Rs. 23,000 respectively. The Galaxy E5 will have a 5-inch screen while the Galaxy E7 will have a 5.5-inch screen. Both the displays will be Super AMOLED and the phones will run Android KitKat (v4.4).
The smartphones are quite thin, 7.3mm to be exact. The phones are said to be aimed at the youth.

Both the phones come in two colours including Black and White. Additional to this the E5 comes in a brown colour and the E7 comes in a blue colour as well. Samsung has partnered with Vodafone to give 2GB of 3G data per month for 2 months. The phone will go on sale on the January 20 in India.
