Suddenly, all the hype that surrounded the Xperia SP HuaShan smartphone, which was subjected to several leaks have vanished. As Sony took the wraps of its smartphones - Xperia SP and Xperia L at a launch event on Monday.

Analyzing the specifications of Xperia SP, it seems to be a decent offering with a HD 720p display, dual core processor and some average traits, bu that is no where comparable to the recent flagship offerings from tech titans across the world, considering it is a mid-range smartphone. It is also claimed that Xperia SP will be released by Q2, 2013.

Apparently, Lumia 920 - Nokia's flagship smartphone launched with Windows Phone 8 boasts similar specifications as the Xperia SP. Lumia 920 is priced at Rs 37,500 approximately and has some outstanding features.
