Sony Xperia Z – Hands On Review
Camera
Sony maintains its lead over other vendors, when it's come to imaging technology. The phone has a 13-mega pixel camera sensor along with Auto Focus and LED Flash. GizBot tried to use the camera on every occasion. We tested camera in different conditions to make sure that our readers get complete information.

To start with, the camera UI is completely redesigned by Sony. You will find an array of essential shooting modes: Superior Auto, Normal, Video Camera, Burst, Sweep Panorama, amongst others. The camera also supports HDR (High Dynamic Range) video feature. The UI is clean and easy on eyes.

Naturally, this insane technique earlier could be achieved with high-end SLRs, but now you can achieve a bit with Xperia Z. With settings menu - change the dynamics of camera as per your preference. You can select scenes, change exposure value or video resolution and now you can also set camera's meter too. You can also change ISO setting.

You also notice that Sony has out in filter options. These filters basically accessorize your images and make them even more creative. There are total nine filters imbedded inside. The most creative of them is Kaleidoscope.

In general, the camera performed nice while talking close-ups (shot in macro mode). Even in the dark (early evenings), the camera managed to capture perfect mood. In natural light (low ISO), the images look fantastic. One can use the word "well-balanced ". Video quality in Full HD is respectably good.
