Sony Xperia Z3 Hands On and First Look: On the Road to become the Best Xperia.. EVER
- Brilliant Battery Life
- Support for PS4
- Little Less Bezel
- Bit Gimmicky
- Not a Big Upgrade
Sony has built a sort of empire for itself. There's no denying the fact that the company has been around for quite some time in the Indian handset business, and that shows with so much popularity for the handset.
Sony need not to do too much in terms of releasing a new phone. It has been doing the same thing with the Xperia Z range of handsets and releasing them with a similar form factor. But that's okay with the majority of Xperia users across the planet.
Sony has officially unveiled the brand new Xperia Z3 in India today. The smartphone has been making rounds on the Internet much before it was even brought out in the open. And now the powerful handset has made its way to the Indian market.
However, with a new age comes a new and powerful Xperia. And the new Sony Xperia Z3 truly marks the coming of age of a handset that stands tall in the face of time. Xperia handsets have always been a class apart, and the Z3 keeps up with that fame.
We recently faced brief time with the handset after its launch. And what we saw was brilliant, in terms of first look. Here's what we gathered from it.
Sony Xperia Z3 First Look and Hands On: Form Factor and Operating System
The new Xperia Z3 hasn't offered too much in terms of looks. In fact, it maintains the same form structure that we have know so well with the Xperias of the past.
Running the Android KitKat, there's no design difference that you will see in the Xperia Z3 as compared to the Z2. It has the usual thick bezel offering at the top and bottom. It also has its well-known circular power button that can be found on the Z3's right-hand side.
But the bezel on the sides is virtually gone this time, meaning the phone will be a lot slimmer and sleeker, even though its 5.2-inch screen persists. It has also shed the sharp glass edges in favor of a rounded frame.
It has the same full HD resolution and dedicated sharpness as that of the Xperia Z2.
The Sony Xperia Z3 will come in four colours at launch: black, white, copper brown and a silver/green shade. That's all you need to know, as far as a brief glimpse of the new handset is concerned.
