Sony Xperia Z3 With Metal Frame To Be Powered by Snapdragon 805 SoC
It looks like Samsung is not the only one working on its latest and premium Galaxy S5 Prime smartphone. At the same time, HTC is also working on its new flagship device. We all know LG G3 is also in the same lot waiting to be announced soon.
But one smartphone maker that was missing in the league was Sony. However, that was until now because the recent leak suggests that even Sony is coming up with a new Android-based handset called by the name of Xperia Z3 later this year. Obviously, this would be one of those handsets with a premium touch that will fight against upcoming monster handsets like aforementioned G3, HTC One M8 Prime and Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime.

So far, there was just a mild rumor regarding the Xperia Z3 handset, but now information is coming courtesy of a Chinese website mobile.it168 which has revealed at least few of the information about the handset.

According to the same publication, Sony will reportedly use a high-grade and latest hardware in the Xperia Z3 handset. One of the hardwares which would be used in the phone is Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 805 SoC. Other information that the site reveals is the new design elements which will supposedly make the phone tougher and more attractive.
According to the leaked information, the upcoming smartphone will arrive on the market with a Snapdragon 805 processor inside, packing four Krait 450 cores that have been clocked at 2.7GHz each. Moreover, the phone is said to include an Adreno 420graphics processor, clocked at 500 MHz, along with 3GB of RAM, which should ensure great performance capabilities at all times.
Other information about the handset consist of a 20.7MP rear camera similar to what we have seen in the Xperia Z1 and Z2 handsets. It is pretty obvious to presume the handset to come with a 4K video recording recording feature as it is considered to come with a faster and more powerful processor.
According to the leaked image of the part of the handset, Sony might also use a metal frame in the forthcoming Xperia Z3 handset. Moreover, it is also said to use a PVD coating on the device. Thus, the Xperia Z3 will end up featuring a mirror stainless steel look.
However, one thing that you should not expect in the handset is a QHD device which is being rumored to feature in all the upcoming phones from other manufacturers. Thus, this might be a little distracting factor for Sony fans.
