Sony Xperia's upcoming flagship Xperia Z4 has been spotted in GFX Benchmark ahead of its release. In the listing this model comes under the code name Sony E6553. The so-called Xperia Z4 was expected on the MWC 2015, but the company didn't released it.

Coming to the GFX listing, Xperia Z4 is said to come with 5.1-inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. As per the report, this device will be powered by 1.9GHz Octa-core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset and Adreno 430 graphics along with 3GB RAM.
