Intex, Lava and Karbonn have been pretty busy launching their latest handsets in the Indian market off late. Joining the league of manufacturers that have been launching handsets in a budget range is Spice, which recently launched its latest Smart Flo Crystal Mi-449 at the price of Rs. 4,999. The company is selling the handset via a third party online retailer Homeshop18. The company is also offering a free Smart Flip cover with the purchase of the handset.

Going by the specs, the latest handset from Spice comes with a 4.5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen IPS display.

It is powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor coupled with 512MB RAM. The Smart Flo Crystal Mi-449 runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) OS.

In the imaging front the users will get to use a 3.2MP rear camera with LED flash and a 1.3MP front-facing camera as well.

The smartphone offers 4GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD card.

Sadly, the most important aspect that the handset lacks is the 3G connectivity. Thus you will only get 2G (EDGE), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and aGPS options. Also the company has offered a Dual SIM (GSM + GSM) with Dual Standby support to compensate the lack of 3G option in the handset.

It is powered by a 1450 mAh battery and is being sold in white color variant.
