Spice Smart Flo Mettle 5X Launched At Rs 6,499: Mettle 4X and 3.5X Coming in December 2013

After a month's silence, leading Mobile Internet company which entered into aggressive smartphone market divison has launched a new handset today - 'Smart Flo Mettle 5X.' Priced at Rs. 6,499, the new smartphone is available for purchase online via leading online retailer Homeshop18. As a part of introductory offer, the company has announced a flip cover free with the purchase of the handset.

Spice Smart Flo Mettle 5X - Key Specifications

With an aim to cater to the ever demanding and style conscious youth population of the country, Spice Smart Flo Mettle 5X is a dual sim (2G+2G) smartphone which sports a 5 inch FWVGACapacitive touchscreen and is powered by 1.3GHz Dual Core Processor along with 512MB RAM.

Further, the handset is stuffed with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, 8 mega-pixel rear camera with Auto Focus, 1.3MP front-facing camera, LED flash, 4GB ROM(internal memory) expandable up to 32 GB through a micro SD card.

There is also an 1800mAh battery which the company claims will deliver a talk-time of more than 4 hours and up to 150 hours standby ensuring a good battery backup. There is also a pre-integrated BBM services on this new smartphone.

At the same time, Spice Smart Flo Mettle 5X is equipped with other UX features like 8 unique unlock styles including Voice Unlock, Quad Band on 2G among others, super power saver and a new Voice Unlock feature which allows the user to unlock the phone with a pre-defined voice command.

The company has confirmed in an official press release that is also gearing up to launch 2 more models in the new Mettle series including the Mettle 4X and Mettle 3.5X. Both these smartphones will hit the stores later this month.
