Swipe Konnect 4, Konnect 4E Launched At Rs 4,490 and Rs 3,750 With Android Jelly Bean OS

After launching the Swipe Konnect 5.0 smartphone just a couple of weeks ago, the company immediately released Android KitKat update for it. Now the company has announced two more budget-smartphones, which is dubbed as Konnect 4 and Konnect 4E.

 
Swipe Konnect 4, Konnect 4E Launched At Rs 4,490 and Rs 3,750

The Swipe Konnect 4 and Konnect 4E come in Black, Red, Blue and White color variants and are priced at Rs. 4,490 and Rs. 3,750 respectively. Like it did it with the Konnect 5.0 phone, Swipe also offers a free screen cover and a leather case with these smartphones.

However, you shouldn't assume the phones to come with Android KitKat as they both run on Android Jelly Bean OS. Both these have a 4-inch WVGA screen based on One Glass Solution, powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor.

Swipe Konnect 4: Key Specifications

Swipe Konnect 4 comes with 4-inch capacitive touch screen OGS display offering a WVGA resolution of 800 ×480 pixels. It is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor coupled with 512MB RAM. Other specs include: Dual SIM, 3.2MP rear camera with LED flash, 0.3MP front-facing camera, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, 4GB of internal memory, Expandable memory up to 32GB with micro SD, 1500 mAh battery.

Swipe Konnect 4E: Key Specifications

This one comes with a slightly stripped down specifications and features a 4-inch (800 ×480 pixels) WVGA capacitive touch screen OGS display and it runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS. It is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor coupled with a lesser 256MB RAM. Other connectivity options include: 512MB of internal memory, 32GB with micro SD, Dual SIM, 2MP rear camera with LED flash, 0.3MP front-facing camera, 2G (EDGE), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and a 1500 mAh battery.

The company is yet to come up with the better version of Android running to stay in the competition, at least in the Indian market. There are already more than a dozen of smartphones that are already launched in the Indian market with the KitKat flavor and all these devices are priced at the same range or even lesser than these two from Swipe.
