Swipe Konnect 5.0 Review: Processor and Benchmark

Taking the processing side of the phone into consideration, the Swipe Konnect 5.0 offers decent horsepower that will be more than enough to get all your day to day work done.

The phone is powered by a 1.3 GHz Mediatek quad core processor with 1 GB RAM to support it. What we do like about Swipe is that company has gone beyond the usual norm in the sub-Rs. 10,000 segment where phones usually arrive with 4GB or ROM. The Swipe Konnect, in this respect, offers 8 GB of internal storage.

However, it is essential to note that while the device has 1GB of RAM at its disposal, a little over 950MB of RAM is usable out of that. If the smartphone is kept idle, you will get a little more than 700MB of RAM.

Similarly, as far as the phone's internal storage capacity and space allocation are concerned, we have already mentioned that it offers 8GB of ROM. However, out of that 8GB, about 4.52GB of storage is free for mass storage, while 735 MB is available for internal storage.

We didn't have any issues with the overall performance of the device. The device easily manages to play a plethora of games that don't require much in terms of graphics or processing power. Also, no issues were faced whatsoever while multitasking on the phone.

Benchmarks scores are obviously needed to get the job done. For that matter, Antutu gave it a score of over 17,810, which is more than good, considering the phone's sub-10k price tag.
