Oppo Mobiles, China's most promising handset manufacturer, made its grand debut into Indian market earlier in the year. The company's seriousness can be gauged from the fact that the Oppo expects India to be among the top five markets over the long term.

The makers behind N1 smartphone recently introduced its most alluring handset in India, the Find 7. The 4G-enabled Oppo Find 7 is being claimed to be the first smartphone in India that sports a 5.5-inch inch Quad HD screen with a 2560 x 1440 resolution and 538 ppi display.

Oppo entered into the Indian market with the Oppo N1 and later launched the Oppo Neo, Find 5 Mini and Oppo R1 in India. The firm plans to expand its portfolio to over 10 mobile phones across different categories in India by December 2014. Oppo has sales and service network in 12 major cities - New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Kolkata, Pune and Lucknow.
